Can I exchange?
Yes. Customers are able to exchange items as long as they are able to provide proof of purchase and the products have not been opened.
Exchanges are permitted up to 14 days from when the order is received.
If for any unfortunate reason, items in your order have been damaged during delivery; we will be happy to exchange the item without any additional delivery charges.
Exchanged items will be dispatched once the damaged goods are returned to Pure Health.
