Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

Only if you are purchasing a practitioner product! You don't need to create an account if you wish to purchase items from any other categories.. or are okay to miss out on some exclusive offers for our registered customers only ;)

Customers are free to checkout as guest users when processing their orders. However, if you wish to purchase practitioner products on our site, you will need to create an account with us. 

As per TGA guidelines, the sale of practitioner products online encompasses legal requirements that restrict the sale of these goods unless a customer has created an account, uploaded a script to their customer dashboard for verification. It is only after verification that the registered customer will then be able to view and purchase from the practitioner range.
